Terms of service

Last updated: 2026-10-28

These terms apply when you use Ticketaki and buy tickets through it. Ticketaki is run by Hardcoded LTD, a company registered in Cyprus (company number HE438937, registered office Ilioupoleos 7, Agios Andreas, 1101 Nicosia, Cyprus). Questions: [email protected].

Who sells your tickets

  • Each event's organizer sells its tickets and runs the event. When you buy, your contract for the event is with the organizer. Ticketaki provides the ticketing platform and isn't a party to it.
  • The organizer is responsible for the event, the information on its page, and the event's own rules, such as age limits or what you can bring.
  • Organizers who sell on Ticketaki sign a separate organizer agreement.

Buying tickets

  • Before you pay, checkout shows the total price, including all taxes and fees. It can include a platform fee, which goes to Ticketaki.
  • You pay the organizer through Stripe. Your card details never reach Ticketaki.
  • The tickets you choose are held for you for a limited time while you complete checkout.
  • Your order is confirmed when your payment succeeds, and you get your tickets by email. If they don't arrive, check your spam folder, then contact the organizer.
  • Give correct details: the organizer uses them to send your tickets and to contact you about the event.

Your tickets

  • Each ticket's QR code is scanned once at the entrance. Keep it private: if a copy is scanned first, the organizer may refuse entry.
  • You can give a ticket to someone else, but not resell it for more than you paid. The organizer may refuse entry with a ticket that was.

Refunds

Refunds follow our refund policy, which applies to every event. In short: tickets are for a specific date, so the 14-day right to cancel online purchases doesn't apply; if an event is cancelled you get everything back; if it's postponed or changes significantly you can ask for everything back.

Using ticketaki.com

  • Use the site lawfully. Don't buy tickets with automated tools, disrupt the site, or misuse the contact form.
  • Event information comes from organizers, except for some free events we list from public announcements, without tickets on Ticketaki. We write their information; whoever announced the event runs it.
  • If something looks wrong, tell us.
  • We try to keep the site available and correct, but can't guarantee it always is.

Our responsibility

We provide Ticketaki with reasonable care and skill. We aren't responsible for events: the organizer is. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law, or our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms, and change the date at the top. The terms in force when you bought a ticket apply to that order.

Law and complaints

Cypriot law governs these terms. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of your own country's consumer law, and can bring a claim in its courts.

For questions about an event, contact its organizer at the address in your order confirmation email. For anything else, or if the organizer doesn't answer, email [email protected].
